1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
This document, our rules, policies and the other documents referenced make up our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and The Lifestyle Lab. This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use our website. Please read them carefully.
2. CHANGES
We may amend the Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. If we change the Terms in a way that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities, we will provide you with a notification.
3. USING THE WEBSITE & CONTENT
3.1. By using this Website and the Content, you confirm that you have read, agree and are in compliance with these Terms and the Policies (each as amended from time to time). Use of the Website and access to the Content by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Your use of and access to this Website and the Content is subject to the following conditions, and you agree that failure to comply with any one of the Conditions will constitute a breach of these Terms. The Conditions are as follows:
3.2.1. You agree to use the Website and access the Content only for lawful purposes and your use of the Website and Content is in no way unlawful or fraudulent, and does not have the intention or effect of damaging us or our Partners either reputationally or financially;
3.2.2. You agree not to use or access the Website or the Content for the purpose of contacting, harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;
3.2.3. You agree not to distribute all or any part of the Website or Content in any medium without our prior written consent, unless such distribution is offered through the functionality of the Website and permitted by these Terms; 3.2.4. You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Website or the Content; 3.2.5. You agree not to (and will not attempt to) circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Website or any features that: (i) prevent or restrict use or copying of content; or (ii) enforce any limitations on you, the use of the Website or access to the Content;
3.2.6. You agree not to knowingly transmit any data or send or submit any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, key-stroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
3.3. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from The Lifestyle Lab’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
3.3.1. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and at your membership will be terminated by The Lifestyle Lab at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
4.1. Any Visitor can view the Website, but in order to participate fully in all activities on the Website and take part in the Content, you must register for a personal account on the Website by providing a name, an email address and a password. You agree that you will never divulge or share access or your access information to your Account with any third party for any reason.
4.2. You undertake to us that all information provided by you in relation to your Account is and will continue to be accurate, current and complete at all times and that you will maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. It is your responsibility to keep your Account details safe.
4.3. By registering with The Lifestyle Lab for an Account, you agree (in addition to the Conditions above) that you:
4.3.1. Are, and will continue to be, registered for the website only once and will not set up multiple Accounts;
4.3.2. Will not let anyone else use your account.
5. LICENCE TO USE
5.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a fully revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sub-licensable, limited right and licence:
5.1.1. To access, internally use and display the Website and Content as an individual only at your location solely as necessary to browse and/or participate in the Content as permitted by these Terms; and
5.1.2. To download permitted content from the Content so that you may exercise the rights granted to you by these Terms.
5.2. You must abide by all copyright notices or restrictions contained on the Website. You may not delete any attributions, legal or proprietary notices on the Website.
6. COPYRIGHT POLICY
6.1. It is our policy that any content included on the Website that infringes, or is likely to infringe, the intellectual property rights of any third party will be removed from the Website as soon as possible after we are made aware of such infringement or potential infringement.
6.2. If you are the owner of intellectual property rights, or are authorised to act on behalf of an owner, or authorised to act under any exclusive right, you should report any alleged infringements of your intellectual property rights taking place on or through the Website by emailing a Copyright Infringement Notice to support@thelifestylelab.io.
6.3. We will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged content.
7. YOUR LIABILITY TO US
7.1. You indemnify and keep us fully indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, costs, expenses, liabilities, loss, damages or other monetary relief brought, made or awarded against or incurred by us resulting (directly or indirectly) from:
7.1.1. You submitting Content to the Website;
7.1.2. Your access to or use of the Website;
7.1.3. Your breach of any of these Terms; and
7.1.4. Any negligent act or omission, deliberate default or breach of statutory duty on your part.
7.2. Each indemnity in this paragraph is separate and independent from the other obligations in these Terms. Each of these indemnities is to remain fully effective despite any indulgence granted from time to time and despite any judgment or order.
8. MEMBERSHIPS
8.1. The Lifestyle Lab membership payments are debited as a recurring card charge and the terms of which are agreed to upon sign up.
8.2. Gold and monthly membership payments are debited every 30 days (dates vary for shorter months).
8.3. Quarterly membership payments are debited every 90 days.
8.4. Annual and VIP membership payments are debited every 365 days.
8.5. Platinum (lifetime) memberships are charged at time of purchase, as one-off payment only.
8.6. Subscription payments is debited automatically as per the agreed scheduled (ie. monthly, quarterly or yearly) and are only stopped upon cancellation.
8.7. Upon signing up to a 7 days access offer, the first monthly subscription charge is automatically debited 7 days after sign up, and then every month thereafter. Customers can cancel their 7 day trial subscription at any time (as per section 9 of the terms). It is the responsibility of the Customer to cancel the recurring charge before any unwanted monthly subscription payments are debited. The re-bill amount can be seen at checkout.
8.8 March Madness is an offer that will allow people to sign up to The Lifestyle Lab giving the first 7 days of membership completely free for a package of their choice. Monthly subscription payments will begin at the end of the 7 days and billed every 30 days thereafter. There is no obligation to continue with paid membership once the 7 free days have passed and members can cancel at anytime as per section 9 below.
9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
9.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@thelifestylelab.io or via our Contact Us webform. Cancellation requests sent via alternative methods (including live chat, Discord, WhatsApp or Instagram) will not be actioned.
9.2. Members must allow 48 hours for cancellation requests to be actioned. It is the responsibility of members to ensure that cancellation requests are sent 48 hours before their renewal date.
9.3. Upon cancellation, access to all services will be removed with immediate effect.
9.4. Members that sign up using a first month discounted offer are responsible for remembering that this will only be applied to their first month and will not be carried over through subsequent months.
9.5. We don’t offer refunds on any of our subscriptions or packages, as our services and content are available and usable immediately upon sign up. This includes members that sign up but do not use the services and late cancellation requests (ie. less than 48 hours before renewal date)
10. FAILED PAYMENTS
10.1. In the event that a scheduled payment fails to process, you will receive notification via email.
10.2. Members have 7 days from the time of the first failed payment to bring their account up to date and automatic payment attempts will be made daily during this time.
10.3. Members can request cancellation of the subscription at any time by emailing support@thelifestylelab.io as detailed in section 9 of the terms.
10.4. Refunds for unwanted subscription payments will not be issued. Members must ensure they cancel their membership in line with section 9 of the terms (and as outlined in 10.3.).
10.5. Account restrictions may be put in place for non-payment and unauthorised payment extensions.
10.6. Subscription accounts that remain overdue will be cancelled after 7 days of non-payment.
11. AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
11.1.1. All Members are provided with an affiliate link and can utilise the programme at any time. To be eligible for commission, referrals must use the affiliate link It is the responsibility of the affiliate members to ensure that the link is correctly formatted and working.
11.1.2. Marketing content provided by The Lifestyle Lab can be used alongside affiliate links to promote The Lifestyle Lab. You may not modify these images in any way. We reserve the right to change the images at any time without notice.
11.1.3. If you choose to cancel your subscription with The Lifestyle Lab, your affiliate account will be closed with immediate effect and no future payments will be made.
12. COMMISSION
12.1 For the sale of a subscription to be eligible to earn a commission, the customer must click-through your unique referral link to the The Lifestyle Lab website and sign up. If they fail to sign up you will not earn a referral commission.
12.2 The referral commission of 30% will be credited to your affiliate account once the customer pays their subscription. Referral fees are only earned if a customer makes a payment in full.
13. PAYMENT
13.1. Commission is earned and added to affiliates dashboard when a subscription payment is made by their affiliates.
13.2. The referral commission structure is subject to change at our discretion.
13.3. We reserve the right to disqualify referral commission earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
13.4. All commission is exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.
14. THE LIFESTYLE LAB INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
14.1. We are the owner or the licensee of all necessary intellectual property rights in all aspects of the Website and Content including but not limited to the technology, source code, all content, software, scripts, images, graphics and audio. The Content IPR is protected to the fullest extent possible by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved. You agree that the Content IPR remain the property of us or the licensor, as applicable, and that all updates and modifications to the Content IPR will vest in us or the licensor, as applicable.
14.2. Other than any content submitted to the Website by you, we own or are licensed to use all present and future copyright, registered and unregistered trademarks, design rights, unregistered designs, database rights and all other present and future intellectual property rights and rights in the nature of intellectual property rights existing in or in relation to the Website.
15. DISCLAIMER
15.1. The content of the Lifestyle Lab website is provided for information purposes only. The Lifestyle Lab makes no claim as to the accuracy or authenticity of this content. Furthermore The Lifestyle Lab does not accept liability to any person for the information or advice provided on this website or incorporated into it by reference. The Lifestyle Lab does not accept any liability for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance placed upon the content of this website. This information is provided on the basis that all persons accessing this website undertake responsibility for assessing the relevance and accuracy of its content.
15.2. The Lifestyle Lab makes every attempt to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information on this website. Customers should be aware of the following: The Lifestyle Lab makes no guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information on this website. The Lifestyle Lab’s information is subject to change; up-to-date course information is updated and published from time to time. The Lifestyle Lab does not accept any liability to any person for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the information or arising out of the provision of the information on this website.
16. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE AND THESE TERMS
16.1. We may update or amend these Terms (as well as our Policies or any other guidance we issue) from time to time to comply with law or to meet our changing business requirements. When we update our Terms or Policies, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website and you are advised to check this page every time you use the Website.
16.2. For any operational, regulatory, legal or other reason, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all of the Content with or without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension or termination. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.
17. TESTIMONIALS
17.1. When you share comments, information, content, videos, photographs, graphics or images (“Client Content”) with us or within our community you’re confirming that you have the legal right to share, that it doesn’t infringe any third party rights, and that you grant us permission to use it in any way as part of our business services, which shall include advertising and marketing.
17.2. If you provide any testimonials, reviews or similar (“Review”) then you give permission for us to exhibit, copy, publish, distribute, use on our website or any of our pages, our social media sites or in our advertising and marketing campaigns or email communications, your Review or part of your Review, as we reasonably require to lawfully promote our business. You can amend your consent at any time by emailing us.
18. WAIVER
18.1. No waiver of any provision hereof shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by the waiving party. The failure of any party to require the performance of any term or obligation of this Agreement, or the waiver by any party of any breach of this Agreement, shall not prevent any subsequent enforcement of such term or obligation or be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
19.1. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter here of, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.

20.1. The content/information provided by The Lifestyle Lab is for informational and educational purposes only; you should not construe any such information or other material as financial advice. Nothing contained in our site constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement or offer to provide financial advice to registered users of The Lifestyle Lab..
20.2. All content on The Lifestyle Lab site is information of a general nature and does not address the financial circumstances of any particular individual or entity. Nothing in this site constitutes professional financial advice nor does any information on this site constitute a comprehensive or complete statement of matters related to the financial sector. You along assume the sole responsibility of evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information or other content on this site before making any decisions based on such information or content. In exchange for accessing and using The Lifestyle Lab site, you agree not to hold The Lifestyle Lab, its affiliates and partners liable for any possible claim for damages arising from any decision you make based on information or other content made available to you through this site.

21. FORM SUBMISSIONS, OPT-IN MARKETING & CHECKOUT
When you submit a form or checkout via our website, 3rd party platform such as google forms or process an order with us where we ask for your email and mobile number. You agree to receive marketing communications from us. You have the ability to unsubscribe at any time using the link in the bottom of the emails.
22. FAIR USAGE POLICY
22.1 The Lifestyle Lab implements a fair usage policy of its discount codes and offers, where only one sign-up offer is permitted per customer.
22.2 Any members found to be abusing such discount codes and sign-up offers (ie. repeatedly signing up via a special offer and cancelling) will have their subscription terminated with immediate effect with no refund. Members in breach of our fair usage policy will be notified via email.
23. COMPETITIONS AND GIVEAWAYS
The Lifestyle Lab team run regular giveaways and competitions for both members and non-members to enter. Each giveaway will have its own set of rules and entry criteria. It is important that the entrant reads and understands before entering.
Competition and giveaway winners will be notified of winning by a member of The Lifestyle Lab team (if a social media giveaway) or via our giveaway bot if in Discord.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or traded in for a cash equivalent.
Members have 12 months to redeem their prize unless stated otherwise in the giveaway terms.
23a. FTMO GIVEAWAY
This giveaway launches on Monday 21st February. The winner will be announced on Sunday 20th March and will be notified via Discord. All paying members can enter.
The entry criteria is as follows. There will be 2 winners chosen by The Lifestyle Lab team and this will be based on a variety of qualifying criteria such as effort, willingness to learn, good risk management, being an active community member and mindset- this list is not exhaustive.
For entry to be valid, members must submit at least one piece of chart analysis in the forex community channel in Discord, along with an explanation of their analysis and what trade they would take from it. Levels of skill and experience do not matter- as above, it’s based on effort and demonstrating how learning is being put into practice.
The prize on offer are 2 x paid FTMO Challenge’s for a £10k funded account (or closest equivalent). The winner has up to 12 months to redeem their prize and must be a member of The Lifestyle Lab at the time of redemption. For the prize to be redeemed, the winner must contact a member of The Lifestyle Lab team to arrange. The prize cannot be traded in for a cash equivalent.
23b. APRIL BALI GIVEAWAYS
There are two giveaways that launch on 1st April 2022. The prizes on offer are 2 x return flights to Bali to meet the Founders.
Giveaway 1: New Members
Each new member that signs up to The Lifestyle Lab throughout the month of April will be allocated a ticket number and automatically entered into giveaway. The ticket number will be sent via WhatsApp message from Co-Founder, James.
Giveaway 2: All Members
For each successful referral a member has to The Lifestyle Lab (using their referral link), the member will be allocated one ticket for the prize draw. One referral = one ticket. There is no cap on the number of tickets each member can accrue.
The winners will be announced live on Instagram on 1st May 2022 at 7pm UK time. One winner from each giveaway will be drawn using a random generator.
The winners must be a member of The Lifestyle Lab at the time of the draw and at the time of redemption.
The winners have until 31st December 2022 to redeem their prize. For the prize to be redeemed, the winner must contact a member of The Lifestyle Lab team to arrange. The prize cannot be traded in for a cash equivalent.
23c. ISLAND HEADS NFT GIVEAWAY
This giveaway launches on Sunday 29th May 2022 and the prize on offer is a NFT from our new collection, Island Heads.
The rules for valid entry are as follow: the entrant must follow The Lifestyle Lab Instagram account (@thelifestylelab.io); the entrant must tag 2 friends in the comments of the giveaway post; the entrant must share the post to their Instagram story and tag @thelifestylelab.io; the entrant must join our Discord community.
The winner will be announced live on Instagram on Sunday 12th June and then contacted via DM from The Lifestyle Lab Instagram account.
The prize cannot be exchanged or traded in for a cash equivalent.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may access, retain and disclose the information we collect and maintain about you if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process (e.g. a court order); (b) enforce our Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy, or other contracts with you, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; and/or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of The Lifestyle Lab, its agents and affiliates, its users and/or the public. 4.3 Aggregate/Anonymous Information. From time to time, we may share Aggregate/Anonymous Information about use of the Services, such as by publishing a report on usage trends. The sharing of such data is unrestricted.

We keep your information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws.

The Lifestyle Lab takes technical and organisational security measures to protect the information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are intended for general audiences and not for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected “personal information” (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under the age of 13 without valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We do not knowingly process data of EU residents under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected data from an EU resident under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We also comply with other age restrictions and requirements in accordance with applicable local laws.
